Beowulf is the younger brother of Grendel. He spent many years in his larger brother's shadow before becoming an anabolic power in his own right. Standing tall at 6' 195 he is brother's equal in most respects, and his superior in all others. He wrestles, studies Jiu-Jitsu and occasionally assists the US Army in performing odd jobs. His preferred mental discipline is Zen-Buddhism. His eating philosophy is much like his training philosophy: go heavy or go home.
