Training That Produces Results…

Hi, my name is Jason Meuller and I'm the owner of Anabolic Extreme. I've been training clients online now for close to a year and have met some really fantastic people. There comes a point in almost everyone's life when they decide to make a change in their physical appearance. Unfortunately, many fail to reach their goals simply because they lack the proper knowledge or guidance. My goal is to help educate each client so that they are able to achieve the most out of their genetic potential. Anabolic Extreme Training produces results!

Anabolic Extreme Training Isn't For Everybody…

I'm not going to lie to you. These training programs are tough. I can promise you that there will be times when you have to dig deep down to get that last set or eat that last meal. Each program requires a great deal of motivation and dedication on the part of the client. Since I'm not with you in the gym, you have to be able to be self-motivated, willing to push yourself to the limits required of the program. Most people lack the drive and determination that's required to achieve their physique goals. However, if you are willing to follow the program, I can guarantee it will produce results like no other system available today. If you're serious about achieving your goals, why wait?

What Do I Get When I Sign Up?

Because each client is different, each program is different. If you are trying to lose weight, we'll focus more on your diet more than training. If your goal is to get ready for a natural bodybuilding show, we would examine every aspect of your training, diet, and supplementation program and look for areas to improve. And if your goal is to get as large as humanly possible, we'll examine the role sports pharmacology will play in getting you there.

The process starts with a phone call or email. At that point, I'll send you a detailed questionnaire that gives me the necessary information to start working on your program. Once I receive the completed questionnaire, I'll call you to ask additional questions and answer any you might have.

Each client receives a detailed diet designed specifically around his or her goals. Each diet is designed using very advanced nutritional software, and includes a total calorie count and nutritional breakdown of each day. You'll also get a detailed workout program designed for your goals and abilities. A supplementation schedule is also included. Finally, for those athletes that choose to go the "enhanced" route, detailed information on cycling is available. Most programs start at $200/month and require weekly updates on your progress.

I decided earlier this year (2000) that I wanted to work toward competing but also knew I didn't have the knowledge necessary to do this in a short span of time (my goal was 2 years). After one mediocre on-line training experience, I wasn't sure if I wanted to continue this sort of training, but it came down to either trying to sort it out myself, or to trust yet another guy with my money and time. I decided to give it another go with Jason and it has been well worth it.

Jason created up a complete 8-week nutrition, gear, and workout program, which I began in mid-June. When the results weren't quite up to speed after the second week, Jason tweaked the whole workout with a big focus on my arms - my weak body part. The results were impressive - during the first few weeks after the change I put on about half an inch on both arms.
