Personally speaking, 2002 was a pretty mundane year for me; at
least, that's
how I remember it overall. I quickly overlook the few exciting
(or terrifying)
moments of the year in favor of white-washing it in drab memories.
But on thing
is certain, things can only go up from here. Those of you who
have followed AE
and myself for the last two years now that 2001 was probably the
worst year of
my life. 2002 was better, of course. As the seasons change and
I approach a
new year, I have spent a lot of time in thought about what I could
do to make
things better in the year to come. Then, as I sat down to my computer
to write
this issue's article, I thought perhaps I would (once again) take
some time to
share my partial thoughts.
