If there's anyone in the world who hates dieting, it's me.  Dieting for me can mean a lot of things, eating to lose fat, eating to gain muscle, or just eating to maintain.  Anyway you cut it, eating like a bodybuilder sucks most of the time.  In order to help make life a little easier on all of us, AE will be including a new recipe every week so that you can add a little variety to your life.  These recipes are very easy to follow, they necessarily have to be since I can't even boil an egg without help.  Anyone with any great recipes they'd like to share with other AE readers should contact me via jason@anabolicextreme.com.  Bon appetite!  

                             Breakfast Pizza

pizza crust mix

low-fat breakfast sausage -- cooked and crumbled

fat-free turkey bacon -- cooked and crumbled

fat-free cheddar cheese -- grated

frozen hash browns -- thawed

egg whites -- slightly beaten

skim milk

black pepper

Preheat 375. Prepare pizza crust according to package directions. Sprinkle sausage and bacon over crust. Then, sprinkle with hash browns and cheddar cheese. Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, combine egg whites, milk, salt, and black pepper. Pour over potatoes and cheddar cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
